The hat features' a peeked! pvwn and a braided band brim. It is created in red chiffon velvet. Miss Shearer wore the hat with a white and gold lame gown of the long tunic type. An interesting new evening gown which promises to bid for popular favor was dc ognea by Adrian and is being worn in her newi Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer produc tion, 'After Office Hours,' by. Constance Bennett. The gcvm, of white and gold lame, features a high, tight bodice and full circular skirt. There is a diminutive Jacket which gives the effect of being I trimmed In sable. When Hhe jacket is I removed, 'however, the sable remains, forming a perfect trimming for the ncck line of the gown.
