AUSTRALIA'S CALL. [Newspaper Article] — Northern District Standard — 9 September 1915

AUSTRALIA'S CALL. Can't you hear the bugles blowing — Mowing o'er the ocean blue ; Can't you hear the soldiers' calling— Calling for help from you. Come, answer, lads, the call— The call from o'er the wave Say you'll stand or fall, Fighting the Turkish Knave. Australia's sons, who man our guns, Anil light like soldiers' true ; They fight their best against the Huas, To save both me and you. I say, lads, go to the front, ' And do your duty too ; Take your share, and bear the brunt, Like our brave soldiers' do. For many a mother's only son, Her life's one joy and pride, Has left her to lament her fate. To fight by his camrades' side. But though there is many an aching heart. And sorrow that knows no tears, We'll speak with pride in our future years, Of Australia's volunteers. (E.E.B. Borung6 | 9 I *5 I

Public Notices. WE DO NOT HUSTLE OVER FILLINGS Treating a tooth that has to be filled is an operation demanding great care and patience. Unless the cavity is thoroughly cleansed, all the decayed dentine removed, the chances are that it will abscess and be lost for ever. Tooth treatment takes time. Until we are absolutely certain that the cavity is "right," we do not begin filling. Then our expert knowledge operates. That is the reason why a Coventry Filling never gives trouble —never falls out—and lasts as long as the tooth itself. Let us Examine Your Teeth—it will certainly Pay You. C. W.
