SUPREME COURT, IPSWIOH. Osyst Srranswa. irtny, NovEsuEB 8, His Honor the Judge took his seat on the Bench at ten t'dlock. fARrhEr 0. ROW AND wOTHnER. We find we were in error in stating, " that on the delivery of the verdict in this see, the Attorney General requested his Honor the Jludoge to enquire if the jury knew who were the defendants, which his Honor did, and was informed that it was the esesrs. Row." We are informaed, that on his Honor being requested by the Attorney-~eneral to make the enquiry, he said, "he would not affriont thegentl·men of thejury'by asking such a question." We readily make the correction, and in doing so, we may expiain that there was considerable noise in the Court at thetime; we heard the question distinetly put by the Attorney-General, but did not hear his Hona's remark; as, however, the foreman of the 3ury stood up and replied, we conoluded that his Honor had put the question.
