MUNICIPAL COUNCIL. TiiunsDAY OCTOBER 27TH, 18G0. PRESENT thc^^i^Ú^ím^^^^. M-Fadden, Chapman, and Payne. Minutes were read and confirmed. Letters from the ' Auditor-General and Government Printer were" read. The Mayor was ordered to reply to the Government Printer. List of appellants to the rate were examined by the Council, and the Mayor informed the Council that he would bc in attendance on Wednesday next, the day of appeal, to watch the interests of the Municipality. ? The Bate Collector reported that £12 4s. Od. had been received. ?
