Field, of Sedalm wishes to know "tha best preparation with Osago Orango scod beforo planting," etc. Somo Bay the leed ihould bo sown in October or November, in drills eight eon or twenty inches apart, with twelve good seeds to the foot in tho drills. To prepare thorn for spring sowing they must bo froxen or soaked tho latter is preferred. Put them in a close vessel and cover them with hot water but not boiling.
