Climax Jim returned last week from St. Johns, where ,he iad been to Attend euá ?to leflenl himself against an indictment secured several years ago. Climax has been attending every term of court held at St. Johns for some years past, and- so far he has been successful in clearing himself of the charges for which he was indicted. Only one indictment now remains against him in that county. Climax is now giving his attention to gar dening below town.
