Upwards of forty ratepayers aud property owners, representative of practically every interest in the township, attended the public meet ing held in the Pavilion ou Wed nesday evening, convened by the local Progress Society to discuss the water and lighting schemes for Tocumwal as embodied in a report submitted to the shire council last month by the engineer, Mr H.
