Unruly Tart.-Petor Hurra}', a sailor ou board tlio British ship " Albert, "Victor," was charged with being absent from that vessel without leave. It was proven that the prisoner was absent from the ship for several davs without the leavo of the captain. Ho was sent to. the hulks for tlireo days with hard labor.-John Reilly, Edward Morrow, and Thomas Brown, sailors belonging to the .British ship "Southern Bell," was also charged with being away from tlio ship without leave.
