The present title was in expraas term*, a repudiation uf a puM-c contract, to which be Wrtild never be a partr, and which repudiation it waa not in tbe power uf tbe Hutue to affirm. The present title wsn not oxplanatory of the proper character of the bill, and he should oppose it. Xr.
