JUNIOR FARMERS MULLUMBIMBY ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING. The Advisory Committed of the Mu lumbimby Junior Farmers was lield on Friday night and presided over by Mr. H. J. Bower. ? Tilers was a fairly good atteni ancs and several matters of im portance were dealt with. Goonengerry Club notified its witli d.uwal from the Mullumbimby Advis ory Committee, slating that they con sidered it would be more advantage ous for them to join up with- Federal or Resentence Creek. It was decided to advise the writers that Mullumbimby had no objection to the change. Tiie Chairman drew attention to the decision of the North Coast National Society in prohibiting Junior Farmers to compete in open classes with speci fic exhibits, and at the same time compete' in the Junior Farmers sec tion. JUNIOR FARMERS' SHOW MULLUMBIMBY PROJECT. EXHIBITION FOR- JULY. Tho Advisory Committee of the Mullumbimby Junior Farmers' : Clubs decided on Friday nigffi; to conduct a. Junior Faxm'ers' Show in July next. This decision was arrived at fol lowing a lengthy discussion at the imoottog, and after several months of deliberation. When the matter came up for con sideration, the President (Mr. H. J. Bower) said lie would not be in fav our of a show if it would in any way prove to be detrimental to the Ag ricultural Society's annual show. Mr. J. A. Walker (President of tho Agricultural Soeiqty) .though bqtter results would be obtainod if both so cieties amalgamated and the Junior Farmers Show was run in conjunction with the senior show. He suggested that if such a course was adopted, the Junior Farmers' section could be con ducted independently to the general exhibition, with Junior Judges offici ating.
