The fact that any student could wear a P. S. C. cap, lowered the value of the "S." This, of course, does not apply here at the College, for the distinction between the two is well known , but among strangers it is not understood , and anyone seeing the P. S. C. might naturally suppose that it is a reward for athletic prowess, which would be manifestly unfair to wearers of the "S." PERSONAL A. W. Deuel ‘06 was confined to his room a few days last week by an attack of tonsilitis. Cuip, ‘06, and Fleming, ‘06, have returned from the Phi Delta Theta convention held during Thanksgiving week at Indianapolis , Ind. Dr. and Mrs. Armsby on Friday evening last, delightfully entertained the November section of the Friday Club . About sixty guests were present . Miss Ridgeway and Miss Brewster of the Katharine Ridgeway Concert Co. were entertained during their stay in the college at the home of Dr. and Mrs. G. G. Pond. Prof. F. L. Pattee represented this College at the Annual Meeting of the Colleges and Secondary Schools of the Middle States and Maryland held at Princeton , N. J., November 25-26. The snow that fell Monday afterternoon was a signal for the hunters to get their guns in readiness for Tuesday morning.
