The plan to make one state of Ari zona and Ne w.Mexico and another of Oklahoma and Indian Ter r i tor y was carried out today so far as the house of representatives is concerned. The committee on' rules brought in a rule this morning- confining the dedate to tfai afternoon and the vote was taken on schedule time, the bill receiving a substantial majority. Several excellent speeches were made ag-ainst the measure, that of Delegate Wilson of Arizona being- notably strong. Col. Wilson spoke for an hour and was accorded close attention. Land Court.
