The news includes seven dajs later accounts from Eu- rope, having Liverpool dates t#the 9th inst. We give all of interest. Livdlpool Cotton Saiut. These give a total vote bo far of 57,005 votes, and a ma- jority of 9,760 far Ruond^ls, and 3,327 far White. The total vote may possibly be in- creased but not materially.
