NILLUMBIK, 5 (enos noun owe coIttIIumroilnaST.) lThe ]larrest Thanksgiving Service held il St. Johni's Church, Nillumbik, on the evening of the .14th inst., was highly appreciated by those who were so fortunate as to be present. This pretty church was most tastefully decorated with evergreens and flowers. Floral devices and scriptural texts skilfully woven, hung in festoons from the walls, and graced the reading desk and chanlcl; slheaves of wheat and oats and maize were standing near the pulpit, while two large tables were sinking unlder a load of the lllst delicious fruits which this highly favoured district could produce. The church was crowded in every part with an attentive congregation. The choir, under the direction of Mr. J.
