The ordinary meeting of the West St. Silda Congregational Young Moen' Mutual Improvement Association was held last Tuesday evening in the Alma-road school room. The evening was set apart for a debate, the subject being "Was the Execu tion of Louisa Collins Justifablel" Mr. A. Weight opened in theonffirmative, and Mr. F. E. Johnstone tookithe negative view.
