Her. hort Fleming) is at present in Kiama in connectiou with the proposed work, lie has bhoe over the line of the pro. posed route of the main pipes, and has interviewed the owners through whose land the pipes will be laid, lie is of opinion that the work can be carried out at the Government's estimate df £0:200.
