Mr. William Otto, of South Wheeling, has been missing since last Monday, under circumstances that occasions much un easiness in the mir.i'.s of his friends, ?who fear that he lius i."en foully dealt with. Oil Saturday afternoon Mr. Otto caino up town to the livery stable in Centre Wheeling, owned by Messrs. Lobman <fc Asmos. While there he made a bargain with Mr. Lohman for his interest in the stable, Mr. Asmos lending him four hundred dollars to pay on the contract, leaving a balance of fourteen hundred due Lehman, which Otto was to pay 011'Monday morning. Oil Sunday evening he was again at the stable, and 011 Monday he again came up and started, as he said, to go to the bank to get his money.
