New States.: ~-< There ts-no longer any doubt that the people of Oregon will, at the election which is at hand, decide in favor of forming a State Constitution and _government, arid applying for admission into the Union. Such is the tenor of the nsvvs last received from the Pacific. Minnesota has already elected a _contention to draft a State Constitution, and the steps which have been taken in Kansas are well known. Here are three territories which will', at the approaching session of Congress, be knocking at the door of the Union- It is believed that thev will all be admit ted, though there is, as yet, considerable doubt on the subject.
