W nn Parsh Fair News. Dodson, La., Sept. 29, 1910. From the comments of visitors who know, we believe the Winn Parish Fair grounds will be considered the model fair grounds of the State. ;verytbing is arranged for the ac commodation and comfort of the vis- a itors. The location right on two railroads will eliminate bus fare and b facilitate getting to and from the i grounds. You do not have to hurry away to catch the train. You can spend all the time you are here enjoy ing the sights of the fair up to within I five minutes of train time. The management expects to make e arrangements to run special trains for several of the special days, and will make a special low rate if possible on all railroads for the entire time of the Fair. Everything in connection with the Fair is getting along fine and it is getting time for every good citizen of this section to begin to throw up your hat and Hoo Rah for the Winn Parish Fair. This is decidedly the biggest thing Wipn has had in a long time an...

THE O1MRADE WM.. L. SMYLIE. & CO, Pubs. WINNFIELD, LOUISIANA. GIRLS IN CITIES. The young girl who tried dramatic ally to take her life in New York re cently through disappointment and ! disillusion placed the blame upon the wrong shoulders. It in no degree rests upon either the business or pub lic social side of American life, says Washington Post. But ye this sentiment does not obscure the fact that the girl was permitted to ft gain a false view of herself and her relations with the world. Acts such as hers in no degre...
