r make a noise his force we have been unable to ascertain but he-is said to be now in llcynosa where the inhabitants have pronounced in his favor. I have very little confidence in Ins success although his friends appear to be very sanguine. lam told that he has refused the services of all -Americans as the Mexicans gave him to understand that they all would not join without he made it an entirely Mexican affair.
