. NEWS FROM'. "NEW AUSJ:. TRALIA.". . - The Albury correspondent to the Age, writing- on' 'Wednesday, says: " Two or three letters are to.hand from former' residents of. Albury. who are members of the " New - Australia" set tlement in Paraguay. V"The :accounts given of the settlement are codflicting. Arthur' Brittlebank, a photographer; writes a severe condemnation Of the management. He states that more than half the members are disaffected, and that'this portion of the settlement, known as " the :rebels," propose. to sever connection with the Laneiteia as the followers of the manager'are termed, and apply to the Paraguayan Govern ment for land on their own account. Brittlebank, speaks in high terms of the land-'and advises people with a little hibney to go there.'
