All Saints' Grammar SchooL Speech Day was held on Tuesday, December 18, in the schoolroom, R. G. McGutcheou, Esq., M.L.A., in the chair? The choir of AU Saints', under ' Mr. H. j. Inge, rendered several carols during the proceed ings, and delighted the numerous audience. The Head Master (Rev. H. A. Brooksbank, B. A.), said io his report that the school had more than kept up its numbers, but awaited the new building?. He paid a tribute to the memory of Mr W. H. Goff, the first head master. Punt Road Methodist Church. CAEOL SERVICE. On Sunday evening last there was a splendid congregation at the Punt Road Methodist Church, when the Rev- Wm. Clemens occupied the pulpit, and delivered an address appropriate to the season. The choir had arranged a carol service to take place at the conclusion of the ordinary service, and the whole of the congregation showed their appreciation by remaining to what proved a very enjoyable function.
