Henry Btdpath trae indioted tar having, on the 80th August, committed an unnatural offenoe on one George Prisoner, who pleaded not guilty, was not defended. Mr, 0. J. Manning proseouted on behalf of the Orewn. It appears that the prisoner end Maxwell, with others, were at work en the telegraph line, near Peasant Hills, when on the night in question the pnwner an t proseoutor -west into the bran, where thu alleged offence took place. (The particulars of the endenoe ar« *nfit f or- publication.) The jury, after a short deliberation, returned into Court with a verdict of not guilty. Prisoner was, therefore, diwharged.
