Test.—Some of the Administration presses in other States seek to produce the impression that tho Nebraska bill is not a test measure in the ranks of the Democracy ; but ono fcbout which they may differ without dividing^heir forces. The United Slatea Moil sieamer Atlantic from Liverpool Wednesday forenoon,, 20th, arrived al this port on Saturday evening at 7 o'clock. There is a little from the seat of war. Every thing is apparently deferred to ajvait the action of Austria. The hopes of Prussia supporting the western alliance becomes daily fainter. The Heels and armies remain aa at list advices. The news from Spain is interesting. Queen Christina and her infamous minions have been huDlcd oul of the country. The insurrection has triumphed. Queen Isabella has been compelled to send for Espartero, and to instruct him to form a Government, the Rivas Ministry having resigned. It is not Ihe intention of France or England to interfere in these Spanish dissensions.—N. T. Tribune.
