COMMUNICATED Mr. Editor:?Acid PhoBphato and cottonseed, composted, appears to be a favorite manure this year lor the cotton crop. So great has been the demand for this acid phosphate, that the fertiliser co?npai?!es of Charleston ..have been una ble to. supply the demand. . A good way to compost it, producing uniformity and ouick decomposition is as follows: Lay down on the ground, m near water aa possible, six boards 20 feet long, then place one board on each side, edgewise, driving in stakes to keep, them in Position ; now ?c havo something like the bricklayers mortar-mixing beards.
