Last week nnd this week The , Missouri Herald hnB carried a reso- futlon notice proposing tho paving of streets all around the Public, Square, and a half block back from each four corners, of tho square. ' It is proposed to bring, tho streets to tho proper grade nnd to pave with rock base and tarva and macadam wearing surface, as will be found more fully described In the notice. The streets paved will also bo pro vided with concrete curbs nnd gut ters for proper surface drainage. This will be' the first street paving ever attempted in Huytl, and once started it will undoubtedly prove so satisfactory that it will be extended to all other portions of the town in a short time.
