THE HOUSTON TRI-WEEKLY TELEGRAPH. WHOia NUMBER—3881, VOL. XXX—NO 150 HOUSTON, FBIDAY, |tARClI 10, 1865 ANOTIIB DEMOCRAT* from tbs Metropolitan Record. The honorable Fernando Wood has gone over to the ranks of tbe war Democracy, and now takes the ground that the Boath- era people should not be permitted to gov- era themselves. He believes in the law of the bayonet only, and insists on the enforce- ment of the unconstitutional policy of co- ercion.
