One thing to re- member about leftover meat is to use the meat in slices as long as it will slice. Try these recipes which feature leftover meats. Leftover Slices of Meat Dip leftover slices of meat in milk, then in bread crumbs or corn meal and fry in deep fat. Dip slices in catchup, then corn flakes, then fry in deep fat. Devil the slices by brushing them with a mixture of melted jlbutter, mustard and Worcester- shire sauce.
