FieU appeared on summons to show cause why hs should not bo required to enter into sureties of tha peace towards William Moore, he having at Kimo on the 1st of March threatened to burn his house over his head'and to tear I113 heart out. Mr. Perkins appeared for tho defendant. The case occupied some- time iu hearing, but the uusts are these. Both parties aro miners resident at Kimo, and on Sunday last two favorite dog3 of defendant's were poisoned.
