The winter sfeesiun is draw ing to s close, and some of the daises are commencing a review, while others sre fsr dvaoeed. The'readinesa with which the recitations were gone through with and the evident interest taken in the exercises by 'I concerned, are the best evidences of advancement. The desire for improvement must be awakened first, and where that is, improvement, and ripid improvement will surely follow.
