Beaver. His complaint was erysipelas with which he had been ill only a fswdays; nor was he supposed to be in any im mediate danger before Satuday night, when the symptoms became alarming. The announcement of his death the following morning shocked the entire community. A the recent successful candidate of his party for the office of Auditor General, his name hd become familiar to the people of the State, upon whom the announcement of his death will full with startling sudden ness.
