Col Burny informs us that the grading upon the Waco Tap road is progressing rapidly, and that the engineer expresses the opi- nion that one-eighth of the grading re- quired upon the whole road is already done. This shows the enterprise in a more favorable light than we have been accustomed to regard it. [From Wednesday's Semi-Weekly.] Returned. Dr. J. W. Embree and Mr. J. C.
