Tho following dispatch to tho Fort Worth Telegram dated ut Austin Monday is significant and alarming: "Tho latest news from Larodo in reference to tho yellow fever situation is alarming and Health Offioor Tabor wont over to that oity last night to investigate the situation." The real meaning of this dis- patch is apparently that Laredo fears she has yellow fever again or that she is in imminent dan- ger of it from a nearby source. Should the yellow 'scourge ap- pear in Texas at this early date it would do tho state untold harm and be a knook-out blow to the southern half stopping its growth and development for perhaps years to oome.
