Every de tail was carried out just as plan ned and there was not a word of complaint or censure during the whole day. It was conceeded by all strangers present that it was the best celebration they had at tended for years, and will be re ferred to for years as the one standard by which all celebra tions are to be measured. It was the first "real old fashioned 4th of July celebration ever held on the reservation." Early in the day the weather was not as favorable as could have been desired, but this did not deter those who had made up their minds to celebrate in Ro nan from coming into town.
