We had quite a rain storm Sunday night which was followed by very cool weather. It is qnite dull at the hotels, and the city seems en tirely forsaken. The Grey Invinci bles arrived home Sunday after noon from their encampment at Valley Forge, (Washington's old Headquarters,) having been in camp nine days, all returned well pleased. Prof. Small wood of your city is here on a briet visit. The reports from the different watering places are very encouraging.
