Dai of Baltimore, on the little understood sub ject of conGacalion, i very acute and wilfie wad wi'li much interest. It will lie funnd in to-day's pper. A High Icon Juilcnifnl. Five of the moat prominent and actiye rebels in TuUski, were Bent "down South to Dixie" on last Monday, under a mount ed escort of Capt. Twtman'b cavalry. Thece turn were rich and influential citi zens of tlio town of TuUhki, and had taken ft very active, and decided part in the rebellion. Since tho advent of our troops into the town, they had made themselves notorious by Manufacturing and circulating reports detrimental to the peace of the community, and expreming sentiments of disloyalty that could tot be tolerated. When arrested Col. Ml's'LY gave them their choice, either to tako the oath of allegiance, or bo transported across the lines and handed over to the rebel authorities they chose the latter...
