STARTLING RAILWAY ACCIDENT. In the history of the railways' in' this 'colony.there had, until Saturday night` last, beeh only two records of the boilers of locomotives having exploded. One occurred at Sunbury some. four or five years ago, and proved fatal in its results, for,,the.engine driver was killed and .the fireman was badly .injured.. Per haps the first explosion which occurred,. and which dates back ahout, 23 years, was the most disastrous. It occurred at the North .Melbourne station, ,and portions of the disrupted boiler were cast an almost incredible distance. The Albury, correspondent of the   Age, on Tuesday last, states that the   aboriginal "Willie" alias Tinnamburra,     was charged on remand at the police court with the murder of Servyn     Murackantz, a- Polish settler, at Basin Creek, Dora Dora, on 2nd May, 1891. At the last hearing, evidence was given of the stolen notes being found in the possession of the accused when arrested in Queensland, and of a confession made to the arresting constable that "Jacky," the mate of the accused, had speared and robbed the deceased.
