COMMENCEMENT . Commencement Week of the two institutions at Gettysburg opened with the Baccalaureate Sermon by Dr . M . Valentine to the graduating classes of the College and Seminary , on Sunday , May 30 th , at ! O 30 , in the College Church . In the evening Judge William N . Ashman , LL . D ., of Philadelphia , delivered the address to the Young Men s Christian Association . There was a large and inspiring attendance at both these services . The Board of Tmstees of the College met on Tuesday at 1 00 P . M . The large increase in the number of students brought before the board the problem of enlaiged accommodations It was a welcome _pioblem , and the trustees met it by taking steps towards the _erection of a new dormitory . Before long , therefore , a new building , modeled after the latest and most approved plans , will be added to the group of buildings that already graces the campus . CUASS _REUNIONS . class of 82 . The Fifteenth Anniversary of the class of 82 was tootless of even a single little tin _hoinlct . There was however apparently nothing missing , for each member present was expected to more or less blow his own horn . The class gatheied together at the Eagle Hotel on Wednesday evening and celebrated the reunion with a banquet and etceteras that lasted into the next day . Of the graduating class numbering twenty-four , twenty-three of whom are living , thirteen sat down to the banquet boaid . The sign of the unlucky number did not harrow up any care , for upon suggestion it was decided that the unlucky business would only apply to those of the class who did not turn up at the reunion .
