At a dinner party in Richmond, one of the guests proposed as a toast, " The fallen Flag." It says: 'Colonol Lee promptly placed his hand upon the glass anil aroc. Gentleman,' said ho, this will not do. A"o are paroled pris oners. Wo now have but one Hag, and that is the flng of our whole country the glori ous old Stars and Stripes.
