The Otoe County Lyceum, at Nebras ka City on Wednesday evening of last .week, di-cussed the question, " Whether our Legiluiurti should pass an enact ment releasing person of delta, contract ed outsido of the Territory, after a resi dence here of sixty duy." A dozen silver Wuichea were stolen from the Jewelry Store of G. W. Love, in riailsinouili, two weeks since, between the hour of 9, A. M., and 12, M. The "Watches were found in the cellar of one the hotels in thut place, while the thief was in the act of removing them. He will be delt with, " as the statutes, in such cases, have made and provided." Where is the Cass County Sentinel 1 lias it got tie pip, or gone into winter quarters! We have not seen it of lute.
