Ab Ordinance prescribing the duties and compensation of officers of the town of Ulsbee, and the manner of filling vacancies in such offiies. Be it ordained by the Major and Com mon Council of the town of Bisbee: Section 1. It shall be the duty of the Mayor to preside at all meetings of the Common Council; all ordinances and resolutions passed by the council ball, at the session at which the same were passed, be presented to the Mayor, who shall return the same to the council within ten dajs with his approval or d'sapproval endorsed thereon. If ho fail to return the same within said time the same shall be considered as approved. If the Mayor return the same with his disap proval, the council at its next meeting may by a two-thirds vote of the mem bers present pass the same.
