Billinghurst has just received a letter from Mrs. Hugo Richards which will be of interest to every patron of the public &chools,and which is self explanatory. It is a source of great regret that Mrs. Rich ards could not be present this after noon at the exhibition of the sewing by the pupils under Miss Corbett's taition, as it would give her a better idea of the valuable results obtained from her generous gift in providing for the sewing department of the pub lic schools.
