He then sank and then his body was recovered fifteen minutes later life was extinct. Mr, McDougall was -engaged in the planting business and also held an important position with the Great Southern Lumber Co. His home was on the Palestine planta tation in Washington Parish. Mr McDougall was born in Vicksburg, Miss., September 1873. He was a son of the late Myford McDougall, of Covington. La., and came to this state when a child, since making his home in this section.
