It sounded good to hear the fieshmen buttoning up ugain. Most of the freshmen did as they were told and lcpoitcd to the "up- pers" rooms to bo dtessed. As usual however thcie were a few wet blank- ets in the ciowd who tried to slip out without being dressed. Some of the fishes and transfers thought it was below their dignity to have their faces painted and wear the slouchy clothes. A few of the gills made the tc- mark that they couldn't paint their faces as they had to take cate of their complexion. A. large crowd turned out for the game nnd most of the students sat to- gether. If we make an effort to sit In a body at each game we can follow the yells better and will make a bet- ter appcrancc. Austin never thieatencd to score but once and It lasted only one play. Hollywood Kangaroo end went fur I down fluid and got In the clear be- hind the Jacket secondary and Kuy- kendall passed to him with the ball hitting in Hollywood's aims but bouncing away. That was the only time the Austin College boys ever looked dangerous. The Yellow Jackets lost no time in getting staited scoilng.
