Just before my ease was called on an old gentleman on the same ?charge tells his tale that be was suffer- ing from insomnia, and that he had been in the bands of a certain doctor for months, and that be bad been getting medicine from four or five of the leading chemists of Perth for a like perioi. Mud you, this statement was not corroborated by ¿ny witness or certificate. P.M-'s decision, fined 5s. My case called ; plead guilty straight out ; no tale; fined 20s. Oh, that I had told some more Sunday truths and thereby saved 15s.
