Here "is how the Yakimates state their case: ''At the time the Northern Pa cific Railway company was incor porated, Congress -granted to it a tract of land embracing every odd numbered section for a distance of forty miles on either side of the track, and extending the entire length of thee road 'through this and other--territories.
