My nioilo of kerning apples is to dig a trench or pit, about three feet wide, and 11 ft ecu inches deep and long enough to hold all the apples you have to bury. Such is the case with Cot tonwood Fulls. In no previous year have our business men done near as well as during 1870. In no previous year has the town made a more pros perous growth, and yet the idea has gone abroad, and many outsiders be lieve the place Is dead. Before the vote a resolution was passed in the Ilonsc, requiring the members to take an oath that they were not influenced by offers of bribery. This resolution caused a bitter and excited debate.
