To the Voters of Bexar County. The committee of the pcoplcs's movement have not addressed the voters with reference to any particular candidate upon their ticket, and would not do so now, but for the fact, tli.it on the eve of the election a circular has been issued, in which the official character of one of our candidates'! attacked in a manner that does him great injustice, tosay the least of it. We refer to a paper headed "Voters and Tax Payers read," and purporting to givc"twclvc reasons why A. V. Houston should be elected District Judge." 1. The first reason given is that Mr. Houston is "honest and capable."
