Boly gamy branch of the ParenLs and Citi zens' Association: — "I have been . instructed by my branch to write to you asking for your co-operation in requesting the Bland Shire Council to ^mako "navigable" about 20 chains of road to the BolygaW school, site, so that the children on the west fide of the school will be able to travel:, in 'Winter time! ' This - par ticular piece of road is the worst in New South Wales, but' could easily bo altered as there is m line gravel hill adjoining it.
