A letter 'to this effect 'has been" received by the Hon, H. S. iW. La'wsou. The contract stipulates for' the re-forming, grading, and metalling of S00 yards o.f the roadway inside the borough boundary, and adjoins the portion in the Metcalfe Shire, 'for which the tender of P. .Mahonev, of Kyneton, at JE.29S4/.15/S >was recently accepted.
